The campus is set amidst lush green environment near Shirgaon in Virar East. The institute runs from Monday to Friday, 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 4:15pm providing an intense and focused setting for the students to grow and orient towards architecture.

To make commuting easy and relaxed, the institute provides exclusive and dedicated pick and drop bus facility for students and staff from Virar Railway Station to VIVA School of Architecture and back.

Morning Schedule : Bus Pick up from Virar Railway Station (West) - 7:30 am

Afternoon Schedule : Bus Pick up from College after hours – 4:15 pm
